Most people writing in are somewhere between curious and frustrated. The job is to give them a straight answer fast, and to know exactly where a question stops being ours and becomes the medical network's.

What you would do

• Answer email and messages — pricing, shipping, how the program works
• Route clinical questions to the medical network, quickly and without guessing
• Keep order and delivery issues moving with the pharmacy and platform
• Spot the questions we keep getting and get the answer written down once

• Customer-care experience where accuracy mattered more than speed
• Plain, warm writing
