The work

Most people writing in are somewhere between curious and frustrated. The job is to give them a straight answer fast, and to know exactly where a question stops being ours and becomes the medical network's.

What you would do

• Answer email and messages — pricing, shipping, how the program works
• Route clinical questions to the medical network, quickly and without guessing
• Keep order and delivery issues moving with the pharmacy and platform
• Spot the questions we keep getting and get the answer written down once

What we are looking for

• Customer-care experience where accuracy mattered more than speed
• Plain, warm writing
• Discretion — you will see that people are asking, never why

Is the Operations & Customer Care role remote?

Yes — fully remote within the United States, part-time and hourly.

Does this role involve giving medical advice?

No. Clinical questions are handed to the independent licensed medical network. The job is clear, fast, accurate answers on pricing, shipping and how the program works — and knowing exactly where a question stops being ours.

What experience do I need?

Customer-care experience where accuracy mattered more than speed, plain and warm writing, and discretion.

How is this role paid?

Hourly, part-time.
