The work

Trades crews, owner-operators, brokerages, small-business teams: groups of people whose work makes ordinary health routines hard. You will open those doors and introduce the coaching membership.

What you would do

Build relationships with employers, associations and operator networks
Introduce the $99/month coaching membership and the free intro call
Run introductory sessions for groups
Feed back what those audiences actually ask for

What we are looking for

A track record selling a service to small businesses or trades
Comfort working on commission and building your own pipeline
Straightforwardness — nothing here is sold with pressure

You are paid on coaching memberships — a wellness service we sell directly. Nothing you earn is tied to prescriptions or medical orders, and no one's pay changes based on what a physician decides. In healthcare that is a legal line, and it is also what makes this role straightforward to sell: you are never given a reason to steer anyone toward medicine.
