The work
Our members do not need another app telling them to drink water. They need one person who remembers what they tried last month, why it did not hold, and what to change this week. That is the job.
What you would do
Run free 15-minute intro calls — warm, honest, no pressure to buy anything
Hold monthly check-ins with members, and keep the notes that make the next one useful
Build habit, movement and nutrition routines around a person's real schedule
Message members between sessions in the coaching app
Tell someone plainly when what they are asking for is a question for a physician, not a coach
What we are looking for
A recognized coaching certification (NBHWC, ACE, NASM, precision-nutrition or equivalent)
Experience coaching adults with demanding jobs — shift work, travel, small-business hours
Comfort with video calls and written follow-up
U.S.-based, able to work with clients across time zones

Yes — it is fully remote, for coaches based in the United States, working with clients across time zones over video and a coaching app.

Is this a medical or clinical role?
No. Coaching at OS Reboot is a wellness service. Coaches do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe — anything clinical is routed to the independent licensed medical network.

A per-client rate, paid monthly. It is contract, part-time work that scales with the clients you carry.
