Read carefully before signing up as an affiliate. Affiliates must follow strict marketing rules. Violations — including making medical claims, naming specific medications, or advertising dosing — may result in immediate program termination, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and potential legal action.
1. Overview
This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Affiliate," "you") and OS Reboot ("OS reboot," "we," "us"). By signing up for the OS reboot Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules we provide.
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Be a U.S. resident with a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer ID;
- Have a valid payment account for receiving commissions;
- Not be a current or recent employee of OS reboot or any of its affiliated medical entities;
- Agree to comply with all terms of this Agreement.
3. Commission Structure
- Commission rate: 10% on qualifying Medical Track purchases.
- Structure: Single-tier. No multi-level marketing, no downline, no recruitment requirement, no minimums.
- Attribution window: 60 days from the user's first click on your unique referral link.
- Qualifying purchase: A first-time Medical Track purchase by a referred user that is not refunded or chargeback-reversed within 30 days of the transaction.
- Payout cadence: Monthly, on or about the 15th of the following month, processed via the platform's payout provider.
- Minimum payout: $25. Balances below the minimum roll forward to the next payout cycle.
Most affiliates earn nothing. The Affiliate Program is available to anyone who signs up, but most affiliates do not actively refer users and therefore earn no commissions. Earnings vary widely. We do not guarantee any level of income.
4. Marketing Rules — Critical
The Medical Track involves a medically supervised program operated by an independent medical services organization. As an affiliate, your marketing materials are subject to FDA, FTC, and partner medical group compliance rules. Violations expose both you and OS reboot to significant legal risk and are grounds for immediate termination.
✓ You may
- Describe OS reboot as a "medically supervised wellness program"
- Mention coaching, accountability, and structured habits
- Share your own personal lifestyle experience (nutrition, movement, sleep)
- Link to osreboot.com using your unique referral link
- Disclose your affiliate relationship per FTC rules ("I earn commission on referrals")
- Share educational content provided by OS reboot
- Promote through Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, podcasts, newsletters, and personal networks
✗ You may not
- Name specific medications, peptides, compounds, doses, or branded blends
- Advertise injections, dosing instructions, or administration
- Make medical claims (treat, cure, prevent, diagnose any condition)
- Promise specific health outcomes (weight loss numbers, energy levels, recovery times)
- Compare your dose or experience to another user's
- Imply guaranteed approval — "everyone gets approved" or similar
- Create custom branded blends or product names
- Run paid ads naming specific medications, conditions, or outcomes
- Misrepresent yourself as a medical provider or as part of OS reboot's medical team
- Use OS reboot trademarks or logos in ways not authorized in writing
- Bid on "OS reboot" or related brand terms in paid search
- Use spam, deceptive emails, or unsolicited bulk messaging
- Make any statement that could trigger FDA, FTC, or state regulatory action
4.1 Approved messaging framework
When in doubt, follow this framework. Instead of: "Lose 20 lbs with a peptide protocol" — Say: "OS reboot is a medically supervised wellness program that includes coaching, nutrition support, and provider-reviewed protocols, when clinically appropriate."
Instead of: "I'm taking semaglutide and feel amazing" — Say: "I started a structured wellness program. The coaching has been helpful."
Instead of: "Get the Wolverine stack for $300" — Say: "OS reboot offers wellness programs. Costs depend on the provider's recommendation after intake review."
4.2 FTC Disclosure Requirements
The U.S. Federal Trade Commission requires affiliates to clearly disclose material connections to the brands they promote. You must disclose your affiliate relationship in every post, video, or message where you share your referral link, using clear and conspicuous language such as:
- "#ad" or "#affiliate" or "#sponsored" at the start of social posts
- "I earn commission on referrals" in posts and bios
- Spoken disclosure at the start of video content
- Written disclosure in email and newsletter content
Disclosures must be in the same language as the content, must be visible without scrolling or clicking "more," and must be made before the consumer is exposed to the endorsement.
5. Partner Marketing Guidelines
The Medical Track is operated by the Medical Entity, an independent medical services organization. Our Marketing Guidelines apply to all affiliate communications. You agree to comply with the following:
- You will not store, handle, mix, combine, transfer, relabel, repackage, or prepare any medications or peptides at any time;
- You will not store or share medical information about users outside the secure, approved platforms;
- You will not answer medical questions, choose specific medications, set doses, or communicate with prescribers or pharmacies directly;
- All medication-related questions from users must be routed to the Medical Entity's care team through the appropriate channels;
- You will not pre-clear users medically or imply that someone is "perfectly fit" for any specific medication;
- You will not advertise specific compounded formulas (e.g., "Tirzepatide with B12") — these are decided only by the prescriber.
6. Use of Marketing Assets
OS reboot may provide pre-approved marketing assets (graphics, copy, videos) from time to time. You may use approved assets as-is without modification. Custom marketing materials require written approval before use. Send custom assets to affiliate@osreboot.com for review.
7. Independent Contractor Status
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of OS reboot. You have no authority to bind OS reboot or to make representations on its behalf beyond what is approved in writing. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, business registrations, and compliance with applicable laws.
8. Tax Reporting
If you earn $600 or more in commissions in a calendar year, OS reboot will issue you a Form 1099-NEC by January 31 of the following year and report your earnings to the IRS. You are responsible for completing a Form W-9 before any commissions are paid.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination:
- Your referral link will be deactivated;
- Pending commissions for qualifying purchases prior to termination will be paid out in the next regular cycle, subject to any applicable refunds or chargebacks;
- You must immediately remove all references to OS reboot from your marketing channels.
OS reboot may also terminate immediately and forfeit any unpaid commissions if you violate this Agreement, including but not limited to making prohibited medical claims, naming specific medications, or engaging in deceptive practices.
10. Refunds and Chargebacks
If a referred user's Medical Track purchase is refunded or chargeback-reversed, the corresponding commission is reversed. If reversals exceed your accrued commission balance, the deficit will be applied to future commissions.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OS reboot, its affiliates, and the affiliated medical entities from any claims, damages, costs, or liabilities (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your marketing activities; (b) your violation of this Agreement; (c) any false, misleading, or unauthorized claims you make about OS reboot or the Medical Track; or (d) your failure to comply with FTC, FDA, or state advertising laws.
12. Confidentiality
You agree to keep confidential any non-public information you receive about OS reboot, the medical group, the pharmacy, users, commission rates, or business operations. This obligation survives termination of this Agreement.
13. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Affiliate Program is provided "as is." OS reboot makes no warranty regarding earnings, the success of any referrals, or the continued availability of the program. OS reboot's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the commissions owed to you for completed qualifying purchases in the 90 days preceding the claim.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute under this Agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco County, California, under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis only. See Terms of Use § 13 for the full dispute resolution provision.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by California law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Changes to This Agreement
OS reboot may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and by updating the "Effective" date at the top. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after such updates constitutes acceptance.
17. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and OS reboot regarding the Affiliate Program.
