A lot of online programs charge you the moment you sign up — before anyone has decided whether treatment is even right for you. OS Reboot works the other way around: you're only charged if a licensed physician approves treatment.

Free to start, charged only if approved

Completing the medical intake costs nothing. A licensed physician reviews your history, and you're charged only if they decide a treatment is appropriate and prescribe it. If it isn't right for you, you don't pay for the medication. Not everyone qualifies — and that's on purpose.

Why this matters

It puts the incentive where it belongs. You're not paying for a product off a shelf; you're paying only once a physician has made a clinical decision in your favor. A program that charges upfront is, in effect, charging you just to find out whether you qualify.

How it works

  1. Private online intake (about six minutes) — reviewed by the affiliated medical group, not retained by OS Reboot.
  2. Physician review — a licensed U.S. physician reviews your history.
  3. Pharmacy ships — if prescribed, a state-licensed pharmacy ships to your door. The price is confirmed before anything ships.

What you pay if you're approved

No membership fee, a one-time physician fee on your first order, and 10% off a first order for new patients. Compounded semaglutide starts from about $105/month and compounded tirzepatide from about $138/month (physician-evaluated metabolic support; not FDA-approved, not a copy of an FDA-approved drug); FDA-approved brands for chronic weight management start from $436/month (Foundayo).
