Medical Providers by State
OS reboot is a wellness program operated by Ambiguous Inc. OS reboot does not practice medicine, does not employ physicians, and does not operate a pharmacy. All clinical evaluations, diagnoses, and prescribing decisions in the Medical Track are made solely by independent licensed physicians practicing within the affiliated medical network, Beluga Health.
The table below identifies the professional medical entity within the Beluga Health network that provides clinical services in each state where the Medical Track is available. Each practice operates in non-overlapping geographic jurisdictions.
The Medical Track is not available in New Jersey, Mississippi, or Alaska. Residents of these states cannot complete a medical intake, will not be reviewed by a prescribing physician, and will not be issued or shipped a prescription.
