Service availability varies by state. The Medical Track is available only in states where the affiliated medical group's physician network and the contracted 503A compounding pharmacy are licensed to operate. State law may further restrict availability of compounded medications, telehealth services, or specific medication categories. Final eligibility is determined during intake based on your state of residence.
1. General Availability
OS reboot is a wellness program available to residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age. The free Daily Protocol, educational content, and wellness coaching are available nationwide.
The Medical Track — the optional path through which users may receive prescribed treatment via the affiliated medical services organization — is available only in states where the prescribing physician network and pharmacy hold the appropriate licenses. Specific state availability is confirmed during intake.
2. Telehealth Practice and Licensing
Telehealth services are provided by independent licensed physicians practicing within the scope of their state licenses. The physician must hold an active license in the state where you are physically located at the time of the encounter. Some states require specific telehealth registrations in addition to a standard medical license.
If you relocate or are temporarily in a state where your prescribing physician is not licensed, your care may need to be transferred or paused. Notify the care team if your state of residence or temporary location changes during the program.
3. Compounded Medications — State Restrictions
Compounded medications dispensed through the Medical Track are prepared by a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. The pharmacy must hold a license in each state where it ships compounded medications. Some states have specific restrictions on:
- The types of compounded preparations that may be dispensed;
- The categories of medications that may be compounded;
- Whether certain peptides or hormones may be compounded for specific indications;
- Whether the prescription may be written via telehealth versus requiring in-person evaluation.
Availability of any specific compounded preparation is determined at the time of physician review based on your state of residence and applicable law.
4. Prescription Drug Disclosures by State
California (CA)
California requires specific disclosures regarding telehealth services. By using the Medical Track from California, you acknowledge that you have received written information about telehealth services as described in the Telehealth Informed Consent. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act as described in our Privacy Policy.
New York (NY)
New York residents acknowledge that the prescribing physician's New York medical license is verifiable through the New York State Education Department. New York imposes specific record-keeping requirements on telehealth providers; records of your telehealth encounters are maintained accordingly.
Texas (TX)
Texas residents acknowledge that telehealth services must be provided in accordance with Texas Medical Board regulations. The prescribing physician must establish a proper patient-physician relationship before prescribing, which may include a synchronous audio-visual encounter or other modality as permitted by Texas law.
Florida (FL)
Florida residents acknowledge that telehealth services are subject to Florida Department of Health regulations. The prescribing physician must hold a Florida medical license or a Florida telehealth registration. Certain controlled substances may not be prescribed via telehealth in Florida.
Other States with Specific Disclosure Requirements
Many states have specific disclosure or consent requirements for telehealth. The affiliated medical group's intake process incorporates these state-specific requirements where applicable. If your state requires additional disclosures, they will be provided to you during intake.
5. Currently Excluded States
The Medical Track may not be available in the following states or territories due to licensing limitations, regulatory restrictions, or operational considerations. This list is subject to change. Final availability is determined at intake.
