No doctor-patient relationship
Use of this website does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and OS Reboot, its employees, contractors, wellness coaches, or affiliates. A doctor-patient relationship may be formed only through the Medical Track intake process and only with the licensed physician (practicing through the affiliated medical network) who reviews and approves your evaluation, subject to that physician's independent professional judgment.

State restrictions
Medical Track services are available only in states where the licensed physician network and 503A pharmacy partner are authorized to operate. Some states may have restrictions on compounded medications, telehealth, or specific medication categories. The intake process will determine eligibility based on your state of residence. OS Reboot is not responsible for state-specific changes to availability after intake submission. See our State Disclosures for the states currently excluded.
No returns on compounded medications
All compounded medication orders are final once dispensed by the pharmacy. Federal and state pharmacy regulations prohibit the return or resale of compounded medications once they have left the pharmacy's control. Customers select supply length when approving the program recommendation, with charges processed by the medical group before physician evaluation and pharmacy fulfillment begin. Refunds are available only if the physician declines to prescribe or if there is a documented pharmacy-side fulfillment failure prior to shipment. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Side effects and risks
All medications carry risks. Common side effects may include but are not limited to: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, fatigue, injection site reactions, and dehydration. Rare but serious risks may include pancreatitis, gallbladder issues, thyroid concerns, and muscle loss. Always discuss your full medical history, current medications, and any concerns with your prescribing physician. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience severe or unexpected symptoms.
