Physician-directed hormone therapy with ongoing lab monitoring. Nothing is prescribed unless a licensed physician determines it is appropriate for you.
A compounded topical form of testosterone, applied to the skin rather than injected.
Applied daily as directed. A topical avoids injections, but requires care about skin contact with others — your physician will explain where to apply it and how to cover it.
As with any testosterone therapy: prostate or breast cancer history, heart disease, sleep apnoea, blood counts, and fertility plans. Also mention who else is in your household, including children.
Educational information only. It is not medical advice and does not describe results you should expect. A licensed physician decides what, if anything, is appropriate for you.
For your consultation
Saving a treatment asks your physician to consider it during your review. It is not an order, a purchase, or a guarantee of prescription — your physician reviews your history and decides what, if anything, is appropriate. Not everyone will qualify.
