Weight loss, directed by a licensed physician.

A doctor-reviewed weight-loss program built around FDA-approved GLP-1 medications — Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo. OS Reboot is a physician-directed telehealth program for medical weight loss. Its weight-loss care is built around FDA-approved GLP-1 medications — Wegovy (semaglutide), Zepbound (tirzepatide) and Foundayo (orforglipron). A licensed physician reviews your medical history and prescribes only when it is appropriate for you; medications are dispensed by a state-licensed pharmacy. OS Reboot itself does not practice medicine, employ physicians, or operate a pharmacy — clinical care is provided by an independent licensed medical network, and the program is LegitScript certified (seal 51309792).

How the program works

Evaluation first, not a shopping cart.

The order of operations is the point: a physician decides what’s appropriate before anything is prepared or charged.

01

Complete an online intake

Share your medical history and goals in a secure questionnaire. It takes a few minutes, and there’s no charge to complete it.

02

A licensed physician reviews it

A licensed physician evaluates whether a GLP-1 medication is appropriate for you. Not everyone qualifies — a physician can decline, suggest an alternative, or refer you elsewhere.

03

A prescription, only if appropriate

If — and only if — the physician approves treatment, a prescription is issued. You are not charged unless that happens.

04

Dispensed to your door

A state-licensed pharmacy prepares and ships your medication. Your care is monitored by the licensed medical network.

No doctor-patient relationship exists with OS Reboot itself. Telehealth is not for emergencies — call 911.

Efficacy figures below are from each medication’s own registrational trial, at the highest studied dose, as an adjunct to a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity — not a prediction of your result.

Prices are provisional, shown per month, and confirmed before anything ships; your physician determines the right option for you. Ozempic and Mounjaro are not FDA-approved for weight loss. OS Reboot also offers compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide for physician-evaluated metabolic support; compounded medications are not FDA-approved, are not a copy of an FDA-approved drug, and are prepared by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy for an individual patient.

Eligibility

Who qualifies.

Eligibility for an FDA-approved GLP-1 medication is a decision a licensed physician makes after reviewing your medical history against the approved criteria for each medication. You don’t need to have diabetes to be considered for Wegovy, Zepbound or Foundayo — they’re approved for chronic weight management.

Because a physician evaluates every request, not everyone qualifies. The physician may decline, suggest a different approach, or refer you to in-person care — and that ability to say “this isn’t right for you” is what makes the program clinical rather than a storefront. Tell your physician about any thyroid or endocrine-tumor history, pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, kidney problems, and pregnancy or plans for it.

Why trust OS Reboot

The hard-to-fake part is the system around the medicine.

Independently verifiable

LegitScript certified (seal 51309792) — a certification you can check yourself, not a self-applied badge.

Licensed physicians decide

Every prescription is a licensed physician’s clinical decision after reviewing your history. OS Reboot does not practice medicine.

A real, state-licensed pharmacy

Medications are prepared and dispensed by a state-licensed pharmacy — not shipped by an anonymous vendor.

Conservative, honest claims

Efficacy figures cite the approved drug’s own trial. Compounded preparations are never called equivalent to an approved drug, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Common questions about medical weight loss
How do I get a GLP-1 prescription for weight loss online?
You complete an online medical intake, a licensed physician reviews your history, and — only if it is appropriate for you — a prescription is issued and dispensed by a state-licensed pharmacy. You are not charged unless a physician approves treatment, and not everyone qualifies.
Which GLP-1 medications are FDA-approved for weight loss?
Wegovy (semaglutide), Zepbound (tirzepatide) and Foundayo (orforglipron, an oral tablet) are FDA-approved for chronic weight management. Ozempic and Mounjaro are FDA-approved for type 2 diabetes — not weight loss — and are prescribed only at a licensed physician's discretion.
How much weight can you lose on a GLP-1 medication?
In their registrational trials, as an adjunct to a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity: semaglutide (Wegovy), at the highest studied dose, produced an average of up to 14.9% of body weight at 68 weeks (STEP 1); tirzepatide (Zepbound), at the highest studied dose, up to 20.9% at 72 weeks (SURMOUNT-1); and orforglipron (Foundayo), at the highest studied dose, up to 12.4% at 72 weeks (ATTAIN-1). These are clinical-trial figures for the medicines, not a prediction of your result. Individual results vary, and no outcome is guaranteed.
Is Wegovy or Zepbound more effective for weight loss?
In their separate registrational trials, tirzepatide (Zepbound) showed a higher average body-weight reduction (up to 20.9% at 72 weeks, SURMOUNT-1) than semaglutide (Wegovy, up to 14.9% at 68 weeks, STEP 1). They were studied in different trials, not head-to-head, and the right medication for you is a decision a licensed physician makes after reviewing your history.
Do I need to have diabetes to qualify?
No. Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo are approved for chronic weight management, not diabetes. Eligibility is determined by a licensed physician based on your medical history and the approved criteria for each medication.
How much does the weight-loss program cost?
There is no charge to complete the intake, and you are not charged unless a licensed physician approves treatment. FDA-approved brand medications (Wegovy, Zepbound, Foundayo) are priced by the manufacturer. Physician-evaluated compounded options, offered for metabolic support rather than as weight-loss drugs, are lower — starting around $105/month (semaglutide) and $138/month (tirzepatide) on a 3-month plan — with no membership fee for your medication and 10% off a first order for new patients. Exact prices are shown on each medication's page and confirmed before anything ships.
Are compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide the same as Wegovy or Zepbound?
No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not a copy of an FDA-approved drug. They are prepared by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy for an individual patient only when a licensed physician determines it is medically appropriate, and at OS Reboot they are offered for metabolic support rather than as weight-loss drugs.
Is it safe? What are the side effects of GLP-1 medications?
All medications carry risks. With GLP-1 medications, common side effects can include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation and abdominal discomfort. A licensed physician reviews your full medical history before prescribing and monitors your care. This is not a complete list of risks, and telehealth is not for emergencies — call 911.
Which states is the weight-loss program available in?
Most of the United States. The Medical Track is not currently offered in Alaska, Mississippi, New Jersey or Texas; non-medical wellness coaching is available nationwide. See our State Disclosures page for details.
Is OS Reboot legitimate?
OS Reboot is LegitScript certified (seal ID 51309792), a certification that can be independently verified. OS Reboot is a telehealth program, not a pharmacy or a medical practice: licensed physicians make every clinical decision and a state-licensed pharmacy dispenses.
