Is there a cost to begin?

Starting is free — the private intake takes about six minutes. The physician’s review is included in your medication price; there is no separate review fee. Nothing happens beyond the review without your agreement.

Are the medications FDA-approved?

Some medications have FDA-approved brand-name versions. What you may receive is a compounded medication, prepared individually for you by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy on a physician’s order. Because it is custom-compounded, the exact preparation is not FDA-approved — true of all compounded medications in the U.S. This is a regulatory distinction, not a statement about safety.

What if the physician doesn’t approve me?

Three outcomes are possible: the requested approach is approved, a different approach is suggested, or no prescription is written. The physician may decline based on your history, current medications, lab results, or contraindications. No one can guarantee approval before the review is complete. If no prescription is written, you are charged nothing — payment is collected only after a physician approves a plan and you authorize the purchase.

Where is care available?

Care is available to U.S. residents 18+ in states where the physician network and 503A pharmacy are licensed — currently 46 states. The Medical Track is not available in New Jersey, Mississippi, Alaska, or Texas. Free coaching and educational content remain available nationwide.
